Terms & Conditions

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Claimed and Boost are monthly subscriptions billed in advance in Australian dollars, inc. GST. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your listing returns to the Free listing. We don't provide refunds for partial months, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sponsored placements

Paid placements are always labelled Sponsored and don't reflect a quality rating. A region has a maximum of three active Sponsored slots.

For specific tax and accounting advice, you should consult with a qualified accountant through our marketplace or independently.

4. Accountant Marketplace

We verify accountant credentials to the best of our ability but recommend you conduct your own due diligence before engaging any professional.
